Well made and solid, very good value Jan 18, 2006

If you are looking for a solid wall mount for and this fits your set, look no further. It has the ability to swing around 90 degrees from the wall, change the viewing angle on the vertical plane and there is no slop in the joints. Its heavy-duty and should do a dandy job. If you have a lot of cables perhaps they won't fit in the arms as they planned, but you can always use some black flex wire loom and some zip ties and it will look great, behind your set anyway.
The price here on Amazon is super for this hard to find unit.
I ordered this for my dad's new 37" LCD panel TV but his set, a HP unit, has side speakers that make the TV wider than a normal 37". The problem was that he wants to be able to swing it 90 degrees to the wall, and with the speakers attached, he needs a larger unit. The one for larger sets is well over $300, so you can see what a bargin this unit is.

Quality Construction, Easy Installation Oct 16, 2006
By Demanding Buyer This is a high quality, precision made piece. I'm very particular about the construction of things that I buy and this Peerless arm more than met my expectations. It was easy to attach to the back of my 32" LCD television and equally easy to mount to the wall. I read a review of another arm where the buyer complained that there were many pieces to assemble. Not so here. Everything is assembled except for the mounting plates that attach to the back of the screen. All hardware is included along with clear, complete instructions. I'd be surprised if you could find something better.

The mounting arm is impressive as soon as you take it out of the box. It is well built and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The Peerless website has a great compatibility chart that you can check before ordering. A quality product that you can feel good about attaching your $2,000 panel to.

Sturdy, does the job for the right price. Good Value. Feb 28, 2007
By M. Mcleod This arm is well built and fairly easy to install. Most of the other arms I looked at were twice the price of this one. The arm is designed to provide both vertical and horizontal adjustment to ensure that the TV is level. I did have a few issues with the arm however. First, the way that the plate was designed to attach to the TV could make it difficult to plug in the cables. I bought a Sony Bravia TV and ended up attaching the TV to the arm differently than instructed in order to be able to use the HDMI input. I was able to make it work, so this wasn't that big of an issue. The instructions could use more detail. Lastly, the plate which attaches to the TV and the plate that connects the TV to the arm are connected by 4 very small screws making me quite nervous at first, but the entire unit seems sturdy and has not yet fallen apart.

Solid Wall Mount Feb 06, 2007

This is a pretty solid wall mount. I got it to mount my Sharp LC-32D50U, which weighs in at about 45lbs or so. It holds it well and i have no fear of the tv coming off the wall. Just make sure that you find a solid floor to ceiling stud to screw into and you'll be fine. The articulating features of the wall mount are also great for versatility. It let's me reposition the tv in my apartment depending on where i'm sitting for optimal view of the picture on screen. Anyways, the mount is solid. It comes with some VESA adapters as well so you don't have top spendextra $ on those. Basically, You get what you pay for. It' sturdy and well built but nothing overly fancy. I rate it 4 stars because i feel the articulation features could be a tad smoother to operate. Take care and enjoy
