sonido la changa. Jul 28, 2010 para mis amigos que les gusta el alto volumen y el woofer potente en la musica, video y juegos.
Sounds Great! Jul 22, 2010 For the price (especially with rebate) the sound is fantastic. You won't be displeased with the sound. Installation is easy for small areas (10 Ft. x 10 Ft. with no walk-thru) but if you want to go long you will have to improvise with wire routing. My only minor complaint is that they did not design the base of the speakers to mount with three screws or more (mechanical engineering flaw1) and you cannot use a screwdriver easily for the mount because the speaker is in the way (mechanical engineering flaw2). The mount could not be removed from the speaker housing during installation. Once installed, though, I think the product was the right choice. Would have gotten five stars if the speakers mounted more easily...

these will break and then customer service is your problem Jul 10, 2010 2 sets of these speaker systems have broken and customer service is worthless. They are good speakers until they break and then you are out of the money you purchased these speakers with. Logitech customer service is not only hard to understand since they are in India but have poor knowledge of their products and will try to convince you to buy another system from them. I have owned the z5500s, harmony remote and wireless mouse/keyboard combination from logitech and all have broken with no customer support. Buyer beware and buy at your own risk. I would recommend buying from another company if you can. I will not buy a third set of speakers from logitech. My next pair will likely be an altec lansing or harmon kardon which both offer superior support in the event of a problem. If you buy these speakers, you will see how poorly they are made and the ease in which they can break. My neighbor also had the z5300 which of course, broke. Logitech offered to give him half off a new set but he refused and bought another brand. Again, buyer beware. I urge you in the most empathetic terms to go elsewhere.
charlotte, nc Geek Jul 10, 2010 this system is incredible. it will go as loud as you want it to and it will put out as much bass as you can handle...if you compare it other computer surround sound systems it, it reigns supreme. if you compare it to other home surround sound system it hold its own, but the only slight disadvantage when comparing it to home systems is that the sound separation is not quite up there with home systems but that understandble because it doesn't have a separately built receiver like a home system but thing system is well worth it.
Not "perfect" but the best at it's price point. Jul 07, 2010 Overall: Are you kidding? I paid $186 minus a mail in rebate to Logitech for $40 back in March of 2008, shipping was free ($146 total). You can't beat that price!
Pros: Great sound (loud clear powerful), easy setup, the best 5.1 computer speakers available.
Cons: Sub is large, and buzzy sound (from time to time) when in stand bye mode when other areas of my home are powered on (lights, appliances etc.)
No regrets, would recommend to anyone even at the current Amazon price of [...]+
